略论东陇海产业带的资源整合与分工协作

Integration of Resources and Cooperation in the East Longhai Economic Belt

江苏省把东陇海产业带的发展列入“四沿”发展战略。结合徐（州）连（云港）地区的实际情况，从机制创新、城市功能、对外交通设施、旅游资源、产业分工等方面分析了两市的差异性和互补性，并针对目前东陇海产业带在资源整合方面明显滞后于经济发展的需要，区域经济的整体优势未能得到很好发挥实际，提出了加快东陇海产业带的资源整合与分工协作的具体设想。

The development of the East Longhai Economic Belt has been taken into the developing strategy of Jiangsu province. However, the integration of resources has obviously lagged behind the demand of economic development, and the economic potential of the Belt as a whole has not been given full play. Based on the actual condition of Xuzhou and Lianyungang, this paper analyses the differences and complementarity of the two cities, including the innovation of mechanism, function of cities, tourist resources, transportation facilities, etc. In this respect, the author puts forward concrete measures for the governments of Xuzhou and Lianyungang to speed up the integration of resources and mutual cooperation.
