This paper investigates into the living conditions and characteristics of the homeless children in Xuzhou and other places in Jiangsu province, revealing the major reasons for the formation of such a condition. Besides, it discusses the measures and strategies that can help to solve this problem. Such a study attempts to catch the attention of people from all walks of life so that they can make joint efforts to solve the problem and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.
