摘要
当代大学生个性发展具有逐步稳定、渐趋完整、鲜明独特等特点。高校共青团工作要针对大学生的个性特征，遵循大学生的个性发展规律，在强调全面发展的同时注意引导学生个性的健康发展，正确把握大学生个性发展与全面发展，尊重个性发展与注重规范引导之间的辩证关系。
College students＇ personality is characterized by remarkable uniqueness, and gradual stability and soundness. College youth league work should take these characteristics into account, obey the developing law of college students＇ personality, and have a correct understanding of the relationship between the development of their personality and an all-round development.
