摘要
近年来,江苏省烹饪高职教育规模发展迅速,但是在生源、课程设置、师资和就业等方面也暴露出不少问题。依据烹饪高职教育特点,针对存在的问题,可以从打通招生渠道、加强校企合作、创新人才培养模式、提高教师队伍素质、拓宽就业渠道、更新办学观念等方面促进江苏烹饪高职教育的发展。
In recent years, cooking vocational education of Jiangsu Province has witnessed a rapid development. However, there also emerge a lot of problems, including its student source, teaching syllabus, teaching brigade and employment of graduates. In this respect, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote a rapider development of this program, including the widening of channels to recruit students, further enhancement of cooperation between schools and enterprises, the innovation of talents-cultivating modes, the improvement of the teachers' qualities, the widening of employing channels, and the enhancement of graduates' adaptability.
