大孔吸附树脂分离重楼中偏诺类皂苷的研究

Research on Paris polyphyila sm Pennogenin by the Adsorption and Separation of Macroporous Adsorption Resin

以偏诺类皂苷吸附量为考察指标,对12种树脂进行了筛选,并对选定的树脂进行了吸附与解吸优化条件研究.所选出的LSA-8型大孔吸附树脂,在实验条件下对偏诺类皂苷有很好的吸附分离性能,其吸附分离偏诺类皂苷的最佳条件为:重楼浸膏上样质量浓度66.67 g/L,吸附流速5 mL/m in,洗脱剂为体积分数70%的乙醇,洗脱速度5 mL/m in.NaC l的加入对重楼中偏诺类皂苷的吸附有抑制作用.

In order to open up a kind of simple and practical technology for extracting and separating pennogenin from Paris polyphyila sm. Using the pennogenin adsorption content as evaluating criteria, 12 types of macroporous adsorption resin was investigated. The results showed 12 types of macroporous adsorption resin, the LSA -8 was the best for adsorbing and separating pennogenin in following technological condition ： the concentration of sample of Paris polyphyila sm. was 66.67 g/L, the current velocity of adsorption was 5 mL/min , the eluting reagent was 70% EtOH ,eluting rate was 5 mL/min , the NaCl could restrain the adsorption content of macroporous adsorption resin to pennogenin from Paris polyphyila sm.
