摘要
研究了用树脂吸附和分离千日紫花红色素,比较了5种树脂对千日紫红色素的吸附,实验结果表明:在千日紫花红色素提取过程中用HPD-100树脂吸附,洗脱剂用40%(体积分数)乙醇,洗脱效果好,且HPD-100树脂使用20次后吸附性能仍稳定.
This article studied extraction and separation of Red Pigment in Gomphrena globosa L. with different resins, and compared the best way during 40% ethanol is the with the effects of absorption in 5 types of HPD-100. Results show： Using HPD-100 resin; is the extraction, after repeating 20 times , the absorption factor was very much stabilized , and best elution solvent.
