个人高等教育人力资本投资风险与规避

Evasion of Risks in Personal Manpower Capital Investment of Higher Education

持续、稳定、合理的个人高等教育人力资本投资,对于提高国民素质、保证高等教育的经费投入、促进我国高等教育及社会经济的和谐稳定发展具有重要的意义。但是,由于投资风险的存在和加剧,在一定程度上遏制了个人对高等教育投资的稳定发展,并可能由此带来一系列负面效应。从人力资本投资理论出发,具体分析了个人高等教育人力资本投资中存在的投资风险,同时有针对性地提出了规避风险的若干对策。

An everlasting,steady and reasonable personal manpower capital investment of higher education is of great importance for the upgrading of people＇s qualities, the guarantee of capital input of higher education, the advancement of higher education and the steady harmonious development of social economy. However, the intensification of risks in investment has greatly hindered the steady development of individual investment into higher educational, and in this case brings a series of negative effect. This paper makes a detailed analysis to the risks of personal manpower capital investment in higher education in the light of manpower capital investment theory, and puts forward some countermeasures to evade them.
