摘要
发展循环经济是青岛市实施可持续发展战略的必然选择。青岛市社会发展稳定,而且2008年的奥运会水上项目给青岛市的经济社会创造了新的发展机遇,这都为青岛市循环经济的发展提供了基础。青岛市发展循环经济应加快产业结构调整;推行清洁生产;培育垃圾资源化产业;建设生态工业园区;发展生态旅游业;加强对招商引资的调整等。
Develop ciculareconomy is the inevitable choice to actualize the strategy of sustainable development. Qingdao has been developing steadily, and it will create new developmental opportunity to undertake the aquatics of the 2008 Olympic Games. These all provide the foundation for the development of ciculareconomy in Qingdao. On the base of the analysis, the writer put forward the strategic coumermeasure of developing ciculareconomy in Qingdao.
