疲劳和恢复是人体在承受大运动量训练中或训练后出现的一系列身体、生理反应。研究这些规律,正视这些现象,做到以人为本,科学训练,才能较好地提高训练效果,从而提高运动成绩。
Tiredness with instauration is a series of body, physiology reaction that human body bears tndning inside or training behind appear. Studying these regulations, facing these phenomenons objectively, training that make people the center, scientific, attain the good exaltation in talent trains the result and increase sport score.
