摘要
新产品是企业发展和生存的基础,是企业竞争优势的重要来源.标准化战略是我国应对WTO的科技发展三大战略之一,新产品开发与标准化工作密切相关,标准化战略对新产品开发的成败以及能否实现企业利润最大化产生重要影响.在新产品开发时,企业须建立起有自己特色的标准化战略,明确新产品的市场定位,认清企业所处的战略环境,建立标准化战略目标,制定合理的标准化战略对策,以推动企业乃至我国技术标准水平提高.
Developing new products isnot only the foundation of enterprise survival and growth, but also the ultimate source of competition advantages. The standardized strategy is one of three major strategies developed by our nation to handle the challenge of joining WTO. There is a tight connection between new product development and standardization strategy, which is vital for the success of new product development and maximization of enterprise profits. Therefore, enterprises have to build up their specific standardization strategy, get adeep understanding of the new product market localization, clearly recognize the strategic environment, and formulate a clear and reasonable standardized strategy to launch a successful new products development and ultimately improve the average standardization level of our nation.
