补肾毓麟汤对肾虚性生殖功能障碍大鼠生育力影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on Influence of Bushen Yulin Decoction on Fertility in Rat with Generative Function Disturbance Due to the Kidney Deficiency

目的观察补肾毓麟汤对肾虚性生殖功能障碍大鼠生育力的影响。方法用雷公藤多苷造成雌、雄性生殖功能障碍大鼠模型,观察补肾毓麟汤及克罗米芬对雌性模型大鼠动情周期变化,卵巢、子宫重量;雄性模型大鼠睾丸、附睾重量,精子密度与活率。结果补肾毓麟汤使雌性模型大鼠动情周期正常大鼠数量增加,子宫重量明显升高;使雄性模型大鼠睾丸、附睾重量、精子密度与活率明显升高,与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论本实验成功地复制了雌、雄性大鼠生殖功能障碍模型,补肾毓麟汤能改善雌、雄性模型大鼠生育力,疗效优于克罗米芬。

Objective：To observe the effects of Bushen Yulin decoction on fertilily in rat with generative function disturbance. Methods：Female and male rat infertility disease model was estabfished by glueosidorm tripterygii totorum. The effect of Bushen Yulin decoction and Clomiphene was evaluated by estrous cycle, humid weight of ovaries and uterus in female rat and humid weight of spermery and epididymis,density and activity ratio of spermatozoa in male rat. Results： Bushen Yulin decoction can increase the quantities of rats with estrous cycle,and the humid weight of uterus,significantly improve the humid weight of spermery and epididymis,density and activity ratio of spermatozoa. There was significant difference in Bushen Yulin decoction group and models group. Conclusion： We established genital function disturbance models successfully in female and male rat. Bushen Yulind ecoction has a prominent effect on fertility in female and male rat compared with Clomiphene,
