目的建立祛瘀止痛酊的定性鉴别标准,从而控制产品质量。方法采用薄层色谱法,对本品所含樟脑、三七、蛇床子进行定性鉴别研究。结果采用薄层色谱法鉴别专属性强。结论该方法可用于祛瘀止痛酊的定性鉴别标准。

Objective： To establish the qualitative identification standard for Quyu Zhitong tincture. Methods; In the quality control study, thin layer chromatography （TLC） was used for identification of camphor, Radix Notoginseng and Fructus Cnidii. Results： The TLC methods for the identification of Quyu Zhitong tincture was specific. Conclusion： These methods can be used for the qualitative identification control for Quyu Zhitong tincture.
