小檗碱凝胶剂治疗接触性皮炎的实验研究

The Experimental Research on Contact Dermatitis Treated by Berberine Flocculant

目的观察小檗碱凝胶剂的抗菌、抗炎、止痒作用及毒性反应。方法用二甲苯、蛋清建立炎症模型、用磷酸组织胺建立致痒模型、通过菌种的培育来观察其相应的作用。结果小檗碱凝胶剂不同剂量组对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀与对照比较无显著性的差异(P>0.05);小檗碱凝胶剂低、中剂量组对大鼠蛋清足趾肿胀与对照比较有显著性的差异(P<0.01);小檗碱凝胶剂不同剂量对磷酸组织胺所致豚鼠后足致痒阀的影响与对照比较有显著性的差异(P<0.01)。结果小檗碱对酵母菌的抑菌效果较好,对葡萄球菌属抑菌作用次之,对革兰阴性杆菌抑菌作用差。结论小檗碱凝胶剂具有抗菌、抗炎、止痒的作用,无毒性和刺激性反应。

Objective： To observe the function of antibacterium, anti-inflammation, antipruritus and toxic reaction by the Berberine flocculant. Methods.. Using xylene and egg white to establish the animal model of inflammation, using histamine phosphate solution to establish the itch model. Then observed the relevant actions by the way of fungiform Cultiration. Results：The effect on the ear tumefacient rat with xylene by different dosage of Berberine flocculant had no significant differentiae to the comparison（P〉0.05） ;the effect on the egg white foot tumefy rat by the low and middle dosage of the Berberine flocculant had significant differentiae to the comparison（P〈0.01）; the effect on the itch threshold with histamine phosphate solution by differeht dosage of Berberine floeeulant had significant differentiate to the comparison（P〈0.01） ;Berberine had a better antibacterium effect on the microzyme, and it had a good antibacterium effect on, while it had a commonly effect on the G. Conclusion： Berberine flocculant had the effect of anti-bacterium, anti-inflammation and antipruritus,and it had no toxic and thrilling reaction.
