The training organizations for headmasters should change with the training environment and adjust themselves to cope with its new trend. According to the writer, this is a new outlook on organizational change to better the training work during the eleventh ＂five -year＂ plan. Such six important relations as formal organizations v informal ones, modern training methods v traditional ones etc. should simultaneously be handled with discretion in the achievement of organizational change.
