摘要
教师是大学最为宝贵的教育资本,但是目前我国高校在教师实际评价工作中存在着评估制度科学化不够、评估人员专业化不强等诸多问题,严重影响了评估质量和教师队伍工作积极性的提高。文章对其中几个关键的问题进行了解析,以期对高校教师的评估工作有所启示。
Teachers are the most precious educational resources of universities. Currently, the promotion of the quality of teacher evaluation and of their working imitiative are seriously hindered by numerous problems in the undertaking of leacher evaluation, such as the lack of scientific mechanism and inadequate professionalism among evaluation staffs. This artistic intends to analyze the key problems among the many in the hope of giving some suggestions on the evalualion work of higher educational instjtutions(HEIs).
