摘要
新中国师范教育为新中国基础教育的发展做出了巨大贡献,但在师范学校发展上存在的最大问题是其发展呈运动式发展的特征。这一特征迅速满足了当时社会和教育发展的需求,但其即时性和缺乏前瞻性不仅造成了极大的资源浪费,也影响了师范教育对自身发展规律的探索,阻碍了师范教育的健康发展。由此可见,外在的社会、基础教育的需求,经济的基础,以及遵循师范教育自身的发展规律是确保师范教育健康发展的缺一不可的条件。
Teacher education has made a great contribution to the development of Chinese basic education. But the biggest problem in its development is the campaign feature which, while having rapidly satisfied the needs of social and educational development, has also led to the enormous waste of resources with its immediacy and shortsightedness, and hindered the exploration of the development laws in teacher education and its sound development. Therefore, external needs from basic education and society, the foundation of economics and the development law in teacher education are all necessary to ensure the sound development of teacher education.
