斑点核酸杂交检测同一组宫颈疾患标本中人乳头瘤病毒和人巨细胞病毒核酸 被引量:1

摘要 应用人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)和人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)11、16、18型四个DNA探针,通过斑点分子杂交技术,在同一宫颈疾患标本中同时对HPV11、16、18型和HCMV DNA进行了检测,结果表明,HPV16、18和11 DNA在慢性宫颈炎、宫颈不典型增生及浸润性宫颈癌中的阳性率分别为:13%,0,13%;17%,17%,17%和43%,8%,4%;宫颈癌组织及宫颈不典型增生组织中HCMV DNA的检出率(73%)均高于宫颈慢性炎症组(44%),且差别具有显著性(p<0.05)约有46%的宫颈癌标本同时测到了HPV16和HCMV两种病毒的DNA。 DNA sequences of human napillomavirus (HPV) and human cytomegalo-virus (HCMv) wesre detected in cervical biopsies by dot blot hybridization using HCMV and HPV 16, 18, 11 DNA probes. The results showed that the positive rates of HPV 16, 18 and 11 DNA sequences in ceryicitis, cervical dysplasia and cervical carcinoma were 13% ,0 ,13 % ,17%, 17%, 17% and 43% , 8 % , 4% respectively ; the positive rates of HCMV DNA sequences in cervical carcinoma and cervical dfiysplasia (73%) were all higher than that in cervicitis(44%) , the differences were significant (P<0.05); Both of HPV16 DNA and HCMV and HCMV DNA were identified in the same sample in adout 46% of cervical cancer
