On the Social Harmony of the Initial Stage of Socialism

和谐社会是人类社会的美好追求,“构建社会主义和谐社会”是社会主义社会的题中之义。然而,中国由于正处于长达百年的社会主义初级阶段之中,正处于由传统社会向现代社会、由封闭二元社会向开放多元社会、由统一模式的计划经济体制向中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制转变的复杂过程之中,在经济高速发展的同时,社会发展相对滞后,并呈现出多元、异质、失衡、失范、无序的非常态化特征。因而,现阶段不可能构建理想中的和谐社会,而只能在承认现阶段矛盾的基础上,在利益差异中和多元格局中实现社会的相对和谐。

The harmonious society is a glorious pro, suit of human society： ＂the construction of the harmonious society of socialism＂ is in the discussion about the topic of the society of socialism. However, it is impossible for China to build up an ideal harmonious society, because China is in the initial stage of socialism and in the complex process from traditional society to modern society, from closed binarysociety to opened mulitsociety, from the system of the planned economy with unification pattern to that of socialist market economy with Chine characteristics, social development comparatively lags, meanwhile, the economy rapidly develops, and these characteristics such as multinature, heterogeneity, unbalance, out- of- standard, out- of- order, etc. look on. So, only on the basis of admitting the contradictions at present, in the beneficial difference and the multisetup, can the comparative harmony of the society be realized.
