本文讨论了ＮＯＶＥＬＬ／ＥＴＨＥＲＮＥＴ网系统中，网卡的电路联接特点，以及容易损坏的原因，通过理论分析证实了接地系统的必要性。图６、参３。
This paper deals with the grounded problem,in case of Ethernet card on computer networks. By theoretically analyzing and actually observing, the network systems have to provide a safety-grounded-system. 6figs., 3refs.
