射频消蚀房室旁道时阻抗监测的意义

Significance of impedance monitoring of radiofrequency catheter ablation of accessory pathways

摘要 分析74例房室旁道(AP)射频消蚀术(RFCA)中阻抗(Im)监测情况。成功放电时Im值为108.8±20.9Ω,有效放电为111.0±13.9Ω,无效放电为113.3±24.7Ω。三种放电状态下Im值无显著差异。不同性别及放电部位间Im亦无显著差异。结果提示RFCA中Im值的理想范围为80~140Ω。 Analyed that the impedance monitering of 74 patients with atrioventricular reentrant tachy cardia ablated by radiofrequency energy. The impedance value of successful radiofrequency application was 108.8±20.9Ω,effective radiofrequency application 111.0±13, 9Ω, ineffective radiofrequency application 113.3±24.7Ω. There are no differences between the three groups of radiofrequency application,different locations of RFCA and different sex. The results suggest that the optimal range of impedance is 80-140Ω.
