摘要
为进一步提高南(昌)钢球团矿的冶金性能,稳定高炉炉况,本文根据南钢的原料条件和生产工艺特点,对常用造球铁精矿粉的微观特性、连晶能力进行了研究,为合理选择原料及优化配矿提供了基础信息及技术依据。在上述研究结果的基础上,进行了配矿结构的优化;并通过焙烧实验,研究了球团矿的冶金性能,以此指导生产,取得了预期的效果。
In order to improve the pellet metallurgical property and smooth the BF ironmaking operation, the agglomerating basic properties of some ferrous materials were researched and the results were used to optimize the pellet mix proportioning.And then the metallurgical properties of pellets were tested. All results were used to guide the NANGANG pelletizing production and the expectant effect was gained.
