摘要 目的通过分析医疗纠纷的原因为医院规范医疗活动提供管理信息。方法回顾性分析某大医院2003年至2004年发生的医疗纠纷,以医疗、服务和管理三方面进行分类,在不同时间段、不同科室间进行分析,并作统计学处理。结果2003年与2004年比较,医疗、服务和管理上发生的医疗纠纷例数的差异无显著性,各科室发生的医疗纠纷例数的差异有显著性。结论分析医疗纠纷发生的原因和数量,有助于找出薄弱环节,强化医院管理。 Objective To provide the information of hospital management for specifying curative activity by analyzing the causation of medical disputes. Methods To analyze medical disputes of certain hospital originated between 2003 and 2004 retrospectively. Medical disputes were classified according to the medical management, service and administration analyzed in different periods and departments to procure the significance of statistical difference. Results There were no significant statistical difference in medical management, service or administra tion, but significant statistical difference were found in different departments between 2003 and 2004. Conclusions Weak component elements of hospital management can be found by analyzing the causation and magnitude of medical disputes which is helpful in strengthening the hospital administration.
