Advancing the Food Security Credit System is Urgent

新年伊始,我们总是习惯于回想过去一年所存在的问题,目的是在新的一年里注意这些问题,从而避免重蹈覆辙。而回顾2005年度的食品行业,其中的问题并不轻松,负面报道、安全问题总在我们的耳边徘徊。在这些接连发生的安全问题背后,一批跨国公司在信用面前"栽了跟头",数家国内大企业也"崴了自己的脚",同时也给消费者本已脆弱的心理更增添几许不安。根据商务部2005年流通领域食品安全调查报告显示,城市消费者已经高度关注食品安全问题,大部分消费者开始愿意为保障食品安全支付少量的额外费用。据调查,城市消费者中,最关注食品安全的占71 .8%,不关注食品安全的仅占 0.6%;购买食品时首选质量的占30%, 选择质量和价格并重的占61,7%,选择 "价格优先"的仅占8%;80%以上的消费者认为超市食品安全状况好于批发市场和农贸市场,50%左右的高收入和中等收入阶层只到超市购买食品。

The credit issue of food enterprises has got already extensive concern of society unprecedentedly. Our country is in important society transformation period at present, and the whole society still lacks deep cognition to the credit value. And since the credit institutional improvement lags behind, the dishonesty behavior has not received effective strict discipline. Therefore, improving the guarantee level of the food security in an all-round way should carry out to form an unified and open, fair play, standardized and orderly food market environment.
