发展BiTV促进三网融合媒体演化

指出数字电视和宽带互联网的结合将产生宽带交互新媒体。新媒体能够提供多样化、个性化的服务,诸如Web2.0等。这将改变广播影视服务的模式,形成新体制。可能推动形成新的消费热点。数字电视网和宽带IP互联网将有一个长期共存的局面,DVB over IP和IP over DVB在用户终端处实现三网融合。而数字地面电视广播与使用UHF/VHF频率的宽带无线接入的融合将产生宽带交互电视BiTV新业务。BiTV为电视媒体向双向新媒体演化提供了一个无所不在的平台。其大面积覆盖能力使之成为消除数字鸿沟的有效方法。BiTV还可以用来连接无线传感器网络推进机-机通信的发展。

The convergence of digital TV and broadband lnternet will create a broadband interactive new media, providing diversified and individuated services. The new media will lead to new hotspots for consumers. The digital TV broadcast network and broadband lnternet will coexist for a long time. ＂ DVB over IP＂ and ＂IP over DVB＂ will realize the convergence of the three kinds of networks at user＇s terminal. The convergence of digital terrestrial TV broadcast network and Broadband Wireless Access operating on UHF/VHF will enable new service- BiTV （ broadband interactive TV）. BiTV will provide a ubiquitous platform for the evolution of TV media from one-way media to two-way new media. BiTV can bridge the wide digital gap in rural area and connect wireless sensor networks to promote the development of Machine-Machine communication.
