摘要
针对船舶运输管理中的专业问题,在分析航运信息、决策模型和求解算法的基础上设计了船舶运输管理决策支持系统,利用ADO+SQLServer技术开发数据库系统,利用FORTRAN和VB两种语言混合编程技术实现系统的运行效果的优化,阐述了系统的设计思想和运行流程,并结合实例总结了系统的特点。该系统适合于航运企业管理现代化和高层次人才培养的需要。
After studying the specific problem in the shipping management and analyzing the shipping information, decision models and solving algorithm comprehensively,a Shipping Management Decision Support System is designed associated with an important database.The database system employs the technique of ADO＋SQL Server and the program is formulated with the mixed programming technique of FORTRAN and VB codes.The designing idea and running process of the system are presented and the function characteristics are also summarized with an example.The system is fit for the modernization of shipping management and fostering the high-level talents.
