摘要
旺盛生长期的圆茄嫁接苗功能叶片的净光合速率(PN)显著高于自根苗;嫁接苗与自根苗功能叶片的PN日变化均呈双峰曲线,但中午时前者的PN下降幅度较后者小;光补偿点(LCP)、CO_2补偿点(CCP)和光合冷限温度前者比后者低,光饱和点(LSP)、CO_2饱和点(CSP)和光合热限温度比后者高;两者的光合最适温度没有明显差异。
The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of single leaf of grafted seedlings in Solanum melongena L. vat. esculentum Bailey were higher significantly than that of own-rooted seedlings. The diurnal changes in net photosynthetic rate of grafted seedling and own-rooted seedling showed a double peak curve, but the reduced extent of the former was smaller than that of the latter. Moreover, the light compensation point (LCP), the CO2 compensation point (CCP) and the started photosynthesis temperature of grafted seedling were lower than those of own-rooted seedling, but the light saturation point (LSP), CO2 saturation point (CSP) and restricted photosynthesis temperature of grafted seedling were higher than those of own-rooted seedling, the optimum temperatures of photosynthesis between grafted seedling and own-rooted seedling were not obviously different.
