松辽流域居民生活用水定额研究

Study on norms of the residential water uses in Songliao River Basin

以松辽流域现状居民生活统计用水指标为基础,以水资源四级区套地级行政区为基本单元,依据生活用水定额趋同大值的原则,从流域层面对流域内辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、内蒙古四省(自治区)的基准年居民生活需水净定额进行了整合,并分析规划水平年净定额变化趋势和输水损失率,提出松辽流域居民生活用水定额指标体系。

Based on analyzing the statistics of residential water uses in Songliao River Basin, considering the basin as a whole, the net norms of the residential water uses of Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia provinces （autonomous） are coordinated and conformed each other on the principle of tending to the maximum for each unit of level 4 water resources region overlapped with the corresponding prefecture-level administrative region. Furthermore, the tendency of change in the net norms for the horizon years and water conveyance losses are analyzed to formulate an index system of the norms of the residential water uses.
