摘要 本文对具有一定代表性的17所现代远程教育试点高校的网络教育学院学习支持服务体系进行了现状调研,从组织结构、信息服务、资源服务、人员服务、实践性教学环节、作业和考试等几个方面进行了分析,进而对我国现代远程教育学习支持服务体系的建设提出了相关建议。 The learning support service (LSS) is very helpful for distance learner, which ensures the quality and success of distance education and is very important for designing and exploring teaching system of distance education. Since 1998, sixty-seven traditional universities have been approved to be pilot projects of modem distance education in China. The LSS systems in these pilot projects have been established with their styles and features after introducing the international distance education experience as well as CRTVU's experience, too. This article analyzes the existing LSS systems of 17 typical pilot projects by means of questionnaire, interview and website observation. According to the analysis results, the author puts forward some suggestions about LSS system in China, which include each department should adhere to the philosophy of student-centered LSS, the learning materials of printed form should be the emphasis for designing particularly for distance learner, the e-library should be built up as soon as possible for distance learner, the main responsibility for offering LSS should be taken by the parent university rather than by the learning center, the tutors should be trained professionally, the monitoring mechanism and feedback mechanism should be established for distance learner, and so on .
