摘要
通过对我国纺织企业海外投资动因和理论的分析,得出在贸易保护主义不可避免的前提下,向发展中国家投资建厂的必要性,并据此提出相应的对策,以期能给有意进行海外投资的国内纺织企业一些建议。
Through analyzing our textile corporation＇s incentive and the theory of overseas investment, an advisable way to invest in developing country is advocated under the circumstance of inevitable trade protectionism, The article puts forward some countermeasures as suggestions to our corporations who are active in investing abroad.
