Whether the operation for China-ASEAN Free Trade Area （CAFTA） makes its members achieve the Win-Win policy, the common enjoyment of the benefits caused by the optimum allocation for resources depends on the trade effect made by CAFTA. Based on the theory of comparable advantage and calculating multi-indexs, the comparable advantages and trade development process for every member of CAFTA are completely analyzed. Furthermore, in terms of the analysis, the possible trade creation, transferring effect and export expanding effect are discussed after CAFTA establishment.
