精神分裂症患者自我效能与自理行为的相关性研究

The study of relationship between self-efficacy and self-care ability in schizophrene

目的了解精神分裂症患者自我效能和自理行为间的关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表和自行设计的精神分裂症患者自理行为调查表对69例缓解期精神分裂症患者进行调查,应用Spearman’s相关分析法确定两者之间关系。结果精神分裂症患者的自我效能与自理行为水平均不够理想,且自我效能与自理行为呈高度正相关(r=0.73)。结论精神分裂症患者自我效能的高低影响其自理行为水平,提示临床护理工作者在制定和实施护理干预措施时,应将提高自我效能作为干预目标,通过提高患者的自我效能来改善患者的自理行为。

Objective To know the relationship between ,self- efficacy and ,self - care ability in schizophrene, Method Investigation was done with Genera/Self - efficacy Scale and .self - made table of schizophrenia＇ s self - care ability. Then the two variables＇ relationship was analyzed with Spear man＇ s pertinence analysis. Result The level of schizophrenia＇ s self- efficacy and self- care ability were not very good, also a high positive correlation existed between the two variables（r=0.73）. Conclusion The level of schizophrenia＇s self- efficacy affects their self- care ability. It reminds the nurses that they should help to elevate the patients＇ level of self - efficacy to improve their self care ability
