摘要
用前臂尺侧游离皮瓣即刻修复口腔颌面肿瘤切除后缺损１０例，全部成功。本皮瓣除有前臂桡侧皮瓣的优点外，尚有部位较隐蔽，少毛和质地更细腻等优点，更受患者欢迎。多数情况前臂正中静脉的直径是能适合与受区血管吻合的，可用其代替贵要静脉，以便于操作。
en patients of the postoperat ive defects of orai and maxillofacial tumor were repaired with the ulnar artery forearm frce flaps successfully,In addition to the similar advantages of the radial flap.The ulnar artery forearm flap has some more advantages,including:hidden from view in the donor site.hairlessness and more fine and smooth in quality.It is bet ter to be accepted by the patients.Mostly,in case the diameter of the median antebrachial vein can fit to anastomose with the recipient vessel.Instead of the basilic vein,the thedian antebrachial veinmay be used to cause the operat ion cas ier.
