合肥市高中学生性知识、性心理和性行为现状调查

Investigation of the Present Situation of Sexual Knowledge,Psychology,and Behavior of Senior Middle School Students in Hefei

目的了解合肥市高中学生性知识、性心理和性行为现状,为开展中学生性健康教育提供依据。方法随机整群抽取合肥市4所高中学校1 379名学生进行自填式问卷调查。结果44.3%的学生对个体性成熟有所了解。65%以上的学生对自身出现第二性征能够接受。对生育能力、手淫与健康、性病传播回答正确的分别为42.3%、23.2%、74.3%。有93.1%的学生生活中有异性朋友。与异性间有过拥抱、接吻、抚摸、性交行为的学生分别为33.1%、15.3%、21.1%、4.1%。对以上行为有26.6%的学生反感;28.8%的学生反对婚前性行为。38.9%的学生做过有关性的梦;22.1%的学生有手淫现象,频繁手淫者占2.0%。结论高中学生对性知识掌握不够,大部分学生性观念比较开放,学生中异性交往和发生性行为的现象客观存在。今后应加强对中学生的性健康教育,帮助男女中学生健康交往。

Objective To understand the present situation of sexual knowledge, psychology, and behavior of Senior middle school students in Hefei, and to offer help of sexual health education in Senior middle school students. Methods We selected random 1 379 Senior middle school students from four schools in Hefei city by duster sampling. Results The percent of understanding individual sexual maturity was 44.3, and over 65 percent students could accept the fact of secondary sex characteristic in their body. Rates of right answers of relative sexual knowledge, such as fertility, masturbation and health, transmission of sexual disease were 42.3% ,23.2% ,74.3% respectively. 93.1% students had heterosexual friends in day life, the proportion of student who had embraced, kissed, dauted heterosexual friends or had sexual activity with them were 33.1, 15.3, 21.1,4. lpercent, respectively. However, 26.6% students opposed these behaviors. Meanwhile 28.8% students opposed ante -marital sexual activity. 38.9% students had sexual dreams, and 22.1% students had the action of masturbation, in which the ratio of severe masturbation was only 2.0%. Conclusions The sexual knowledge of Senior middle school students was insufficient and most of students had opening sexual attitude. The phenomena of communicating or having sexual activity with heterosexual friends were ubiquitous. Sexual health education in Senior middle school should be strengthen to develop healthy communication among students.
