芜湖市江北地区儿童家长计划免疫知识调查分析

Investigation 0f knowledge of Parents and Grandparents about EPI in the Northern Area of the Yangtze River in Wuhu City

目的了解芜湖市江北地区儿童家长计划免疫知识掌握程度,为更好地开展计划免疫宣传教育提供科学依据。方法随机抽取部分儿童家长,指导他们填写计划免疫知识调查表。结果不同文化程度、职业儿童家长的计划免疫知识得分差异有显著性;儿童外祖父母、祖父母组计划免疫知识得分明显低于父母亲组;流动儿童家长计划免疫知识得分明显低于常住儿童家长。本区儿童家长对计划免疫知识回答正确率偏低。结论芜湖市江北地区儿童家长计划免疫知识水平不高,应进一步加强计划免疫知识宣传。

Objective To investigate knowledge of the parents and granclparents about me expanoea program on immunization （EPI） in the northern area of the Yangtze river in Wuhu city. Methods Parents and grandparents were sampled randomly and asked to fill in a questionnaire about EPI in the northern area of the Yangtze river in Wuhu city. Results There was a significant different levels of knowledge of EPI in the different job group. Parents and grandparents with higher education had more knowledge of EPI than that of the parents and grandparents with lower education . The study also showed that the parents and grandparents who were not mobile population had more knowledge of EPI than that of.mobile population. The correct rate answered to question about the EPI in the northern area of the Yangtze river in Wuhu.eity was lower than that of some other areas in China. Conclusions The people＇s knowledge of EPI was not perfect in the northern area of the Yangtze river in Wuhu city. We should spread knowledge about EPI.
