摘要
本文介绍了一款6通道16位、具有同步采样功能的高速采样器件ADS8364,分析了它在基于DSP的高精度三相电能质量分析仪中的应用,并主要就软硬件接口设计做出了较详细的说明。
ADS8364, an analog to digital converters with 6 input channels, 16-bit and high-speed simultaneous signal acquisition was introduced in this paper, analyzed it＇s using in a high precision, 3-phase power quality analyzer based DSP. At last a relatively detailed description was given in its hardware and software interface design.
