摘要
对５７例返流性食管炎患者分别采用中西医结合方法（治疗组）和西药治疗（对照组），从临床疗效、控制复发率及对下食管括约肌（ＬＥＳ）功能影响等方面进行观察。治疗组有效率为１００％，对照组有效率为９２％，但无统计学差异；在控制复发率方面和提高ＬＥＳ静止压方面疗效，治疗组优于对照组（ Ｐ＜０． ０１）。
patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into two groups. Among these patients, 32 cases were treated by TCM and WM,and other 25 cases by WM. The results showed that the clinical effective rate of two groups were more than 90%,and no significantly different (P< 0.01). But in controling relapse rate and rising rest pressure of lower esophageal sphincter (LES) the effect of TCM-WM group were obviously superior to WM group (P<0. 01).
