As knowledge economy comes, the conception and teaching mode must be renewed and reformed, and the continuing education of college teachers must be carried out. In this way, the knowledge structure, thus the knowledge storage and the teaching level can adapt to the demands of rapid development of the information technology. In addition, the proper forms of education of college teachers and the reasonable ways of that should be chosen on the basis of features of college teachers.
