高师成人教育作为社会发展的一个组成部分,在新的时期要加快改革和发展的步伐,走可持续发展的道路。高师成人教育的可持续发展要以新的教育观念为先导,加大深化教学改革的步伐,建设一支高素质的师资队伍,构建开放式的办学体系,以此来实现高师成人教育的持续性、整体性、协调性和平等性发展。

Adult education in normal universities, as a part of social development, should accelerate its innovation and development, and acquire the sustained strategies. The sustained development of adult education in normal universities should be guided by new education ideas, strengthen its teaching innovation, build a qualified teachers＇ community, and construct the open system of running schools in order to fulfill its sustained, integrated and equal development.
