摘要
现代远程教育作为一种新型的教育模式,对传统教育带来了巨大的冲击和挑战,引发了教育理念、教学模式、教学手段、教学的主、客体关系等方面深刻变革,改变了教师在教学活动中的地位,使教师由单纯的知识传授者变为学生学习的向导。作为教学模式转型的执行者,教师必须重塑自身角色,适时自觉地转变教育观念,提高应用现代技术能力,把握和跟踪现代教育思想的发展,加强现代远程教育理论的研究,以适应现代远程开放教育的需要,为人才培养模式改革做出应有的贡献。
As a new mode of education, long-distance education brings great impact and challenge to traditional education, causing deep reform in educational idea, teaching mode, teaching method, and the relationship between the subject and object. It also changes the teachers' role in the teaching from knowledge spreaders to guides of students' study. As the implementer of the teaching mode transformation, the teacher must reform his role, change educational ideas, improve the ability of using modem, follow modem development in educational thoughts, do more research in long-distance educational theory, and make contribution to talent training reform.
