摘要
教师开展校本研究的具体方式有:从事件研究到问题研究;经验总结研究与经验移植研究;试验研究。教师开展研究的重要前提是:教师对自身角色的重新认知;教师重视理论的自主构建;在同行交流中学习。而构建新型学校文化则是教师开展校本研究的必要保障。
Teachers' being engaged in school-based action research is an effective way to greatly facilitate their professional development. The ways for teachers to do action research include: from case-analyzing study to case-inducing study, studies of experience summing up and experience transplanting, and experimental research. The important premise and necessary guarantee for teachers to do action research is as follows: for teachers to know their roles in the school; attaching great importance to educational theories; learning through interaction and collaboration between teachers and reconstructing school culture.
