In April of 1996, the most important report was published by UNESCO published, in which, it put forward the strategic thought and action suggestion on education in the 21st century, offering the theoretical foundation improved to education in the future, having important directive significance to the development of education that each country in the world. This book has proposed a series of goals to the whole development and innovation in educa- tion systematically. The content of this report involves very widely; it has contained the main respect of educational reform and development in the future, and putting forward the countermeasure and suggestion of meeting challenge by combining theory with reality.
