对于市场经济条件下的高等师范院校来说,持久的发展优势就是人力资源的可持续发展,在坚持时效性与持续性相统一、市场化与校本化相统一、过程与目标相统一、动态权变与系统整合相统一、外部引进与内部开发相统一原则的基础上遵循高师院校人力资源开发与管理的内外部规律,以市场为导向,建立高师院校人力资源可持续发展的开发与管理新机制,从而实现高师院校人力资源可持续发展。
For the higher normal universities under market economy, the advantage of lasting development is the sustainable development of human resources. To achieve this, we should insist on the principle of unification of immediacy and continuity, of marketability and school bases, of process and objective, of temporary changes and systematic reconsiliation, and of external and internal exploitation. We should follow the internal and external laws of human resource exploitation and management, be guided by the market, and establish the new mechanism.
