摘要
利用灭吐灵造成的ＨＰＲＬ（高泌乳囊血症，Ｈｙｐｅｒｐｒｏｌａｃｔｉｎｅｍｉａ）小鼠模型，观察了补肾调肝敛乳方（下称敛乳方）、单味麦芽以及溴隐亭的作用。结果显示，三者均可明显拮抗ＨＰＲＬ小鼠血清ＰＲＬ（泌乳素Ｐｒｏｌａｃｔｉｎｅ）的升高和子宫减重，但对于ＨＰＲＬ小鼠性周期的调节和受孕率的提高，敛乳方作用更明显，且敛乳方还有类雌激素样作用。
The effects of Bushen Tiaogan Lianru Formula(BTLF), Fructus Hordei Germinatusand bromocriptine on hyperprolactinemia(HPL)animal niodel were observed. The results showed that, allthese three drugs have a obviaus antagonistic effect on the rise of serum prolactin and the loss of uterusweight of HPL model. For the regulation of sex cycle and the increase of pregnancy rate, the effect ofBTLF is much more obvious, and BTLF also exerts an estrogenic action. It is expected that BTLF will bean ideal drug for the treatment of HPL.
