摘要
用弗氏完全佐剂及Ⅱ型胶原蛋白制作大鼠关节炎模型，二者均可产生关节肿胀炎症；病理改变则造成关节滑膜纤维增生，关节面破坏，骨质破坏，关节腔炎性渗出物等慢性炎症，显示与人类类风湿关节炎相似的病理特征。但Ⅱ型胶原所致炎症比弗氏完全佐剂更为严重。
Freund's complete adjuvant and type II collagen were used to establish rat models witharthroncus and arthritis. The pathologic changes revealed chronic inflammations such as fibroplastic pro-liferation of articular destruction of bone and articular surface, inflammatory exudation of articular cavi-ty, etc., showing that the pathologic feature is similar to that of human rheumatoid arthritis. However,type II collagen can induce more serious inflammation than freund's complete adjuvant.
