摘要
早期文献报导的银杏叶萜类内酯薄层色谱鉴别.分离效果、灵敏度、重现性均不理想。本文建立的用醋酸钠改性硅胶薄层板展开,以甲苯-醋酸乙酯-丙酮-甲醇(5:2;5:2.5:0.3)为展开剂上行展开,可以将四种银杏内酯完全分开,用热化学荧光衍生方法,提高了荧光强度。提供了专属性强、重现性好的银杏萜类内酯的鉴别方法,为实现薄层色谱原位荧光测定建立了基本条件。
This article presents a new thin - layer chromatographic identification method. Sodiumacetate - modified Silica gel TLC plate and the solvent system composed of toluene - ethyl acetate - ace-tone - methanol are used for development under relative humidity of 47.00% . The fluorescent bands of theterpene lactones are derived by thermochemical reaction. The four terpene lactones in Ginkgo extractsand its preparations can be separated copmletely and observed clearly under UV 365nm light.
