北京市智力落后学生营养问题的调查研究

A Survey on the Mental Retarded Students' Nutrition in Beijing

通过对北京市878名在培智学校就读的智力落后学生营养问题的调查研究发现:(1)北京市智力落后学生体型偏瘦的为48%,偏胖及肥胖的达到29.9%,“双峰现象”明显。(2)青春后期及以后,智力落后学生偏胖及肥胖的比例高于40%,体重增加过快。(3)在不同程度或不同性别的智力落后学生中,体型偏瘦是排在第一位的营养问题,排在营养过剩位于第二位,但在不同的群体中有差异。(4)智力落后学生身体质量指数及维尔维克指数随年龄增长的趋势与普通学生基本一致;智力落后学生身体质量指数及维尔维克指数在各年龄段的均值并没有表现出男高于女的特点,与普通学生不同;在8-18岁间,智力落后学生各年龄段的身体质量指数及维尔维克指数的均值高于普通学生。

The results of survey of nutritional condition of 878 mentally retarded students in Beijing show that （ 1 ） 48% of the students is thin - oriented and 29.9% of the students is a little bit over - weight or even obese, which indicates the obvious ＂two - peaks＂ phenomenon. （2） In the latter part of adolescence, over 40% of the students are over- weight or obese, their weights increase much faster. （3） The problem of being thinning tops the nutrition problem, being obese the second among the mental retarded students with different degree or differ ent gender. But it shares dissimilarities among different groups. （4） The BMI and Verveak index of the mental retarded students is increased, resembling those ordinary students with time passing. And the index of the male students with mental retardation is not higher than that of the female in each period of the ages, which is different from the ordinary students. The BMI and Verveak index of the mental retarded students is higher than the ordinary students from the age of 7 to 18.
