摘要
应用基于局域网的ATE组建技术能显著降低ATE的寿命周期成本,提高ATE的资源复用及可扩展能力,为实现下一代自动测试系统(ATS)结构NxTest提供支持;文章从局域网型ATE的发展沿革着手,介绍这类ATE的拓扑结构以及组建这类系统的一些关键技术,重点讨论网络环境下ATE系统仪器资源的同步、定时和触发技术,以及如何以合成仪器为基础来组建ATE。
Building an Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) based on LAN can reduce evidently the cost of ATE during its full life cycle. Application of this technology can improve the reuse and expandable ability of ATE, and also provide support for implementation of the Nxtest. This paper begins with the ATE developing history, and the topology structure of LAN-Based ATE and the key technology of building such system are introduced. The synchronization, timing and trigger of ATE resources, and how to build ATE with synthetic instruments are discussed.
