摘要
针对机车制动过程中出现的故障难以测量和及时发现,该文分析了引发机车制动故障的原因及其各种检测方案的比较,提出了直接测量闸瓦温度以及利用USB接口替代传统的RS232接口的解决办法;对机车的12个轮对进行实时温度监测、显示、语音报警、数据记录、USB转储以及地面分析,并给出了相应的主控板硬件电路设计原理图、USB转储卡电路原理图以及系统主程序流程图;经检验,该系统各项性能指标均符合设计要求,可以投入实际使用。
Aimed at that the malfunctions of locomotive braking in the course are difficult to te measured and discovered in time, the paper analyses the factor inducing the locomotive braking malfunctions and compares various detection plans, and proposes a resolution to detect brake shoe temperature and a new innovational design of USB plug and- play replacing RS232. After carried on the 12- wheel in locomotive including real-time temperature monitor, display, voice alerting, data record, USB deposit and ground analysis, corresponding schematic diagram of master control board hardware circuit design is provided. USB deposit card circuit schematic diagram , and system flow-charting of main program are also provided. Upon examination , all performance indexes are adherent to specification, they may be put into service.
