摘要
从自主研发的角度,介绍了一种以PXI总线为接口,采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为逻辑控制单元的数据采集系统;在介绍系统总体设计方案的基础上,详细讨论了采集部分的功能实现、FPGA的控制逻辑以及PXI接口电路的设计,最后分析了仪器的驱动程序;根据本方案研制的数据采集系统已经成功地应用于实际测试系统中,其性能良好,工作稳定,达到了预期的设计目标。
In a data acquisition system, PXI bus is used as the interface, and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is adopted as the logic control unit. The principle of the data acquisition system is introduced. Three parts are expounded in details, such as function realiza tion of data acquisition part, control logic of FPGA and design of the PXI bus interface bus. At last, the instrumental driver is presented. According to the scheme, the data acquisition system has been made and used in actual automatic measurement system. It is indicated through experiment that this system has good performance and stability, and achieves expectant objective.
