摘要
对分光光度计系统集成化进行了研究,提出了基于CE.NET的新型紫外/可见分光光度计的硬件系统设计及软件系统实现,该系统硬件由单色器、探测器以及通过串口连接的单片机和基于PC\104总线的单板计算机组成;采用双波长分光光度法、导数分光光度法等对采集的光谱数据进行计算,并对光谱曲线进行图谱扩展、叠加处理;试验表明该系统性能较好。
According to the research on the integration of spectrophotometer system based on CE. NET, the design of hardware software system for the new ultraviolet/visible spectrophotometer is brought forward. Its hardware system consists of homochromatic device, detector, the SCM connected by the serial interfaces, and the SBC based on PC / 104 bus. The captured spectrum data are processed by methods of double-wavelength and derivative spectroscopic analysis; and the spectrogram is extended by a collection of illustrative plates and also double-processed. The experimentation shows that this system works well.
